How long does it take to deliver?
Products are shipped 1-3 days after the order has been placed with a tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your order. Estimated time of delivery 15- 25 days however couriers are available at an extra cost incase you're in a hurry. If you need a different method of delivery please contact us.

When is my order shipped?
All orders will be dispatched within 1- 3 days. If you make an order on Friday or over the weekend, it will be processed and dispatched on Monday. We will keep you informed once the tracking number is allocated.
We offer a tracking number to most of our orders upon receipt. Please allow 1-3 days after shipment to allow the tracking system to be updated. You will get notified with an email containing the tracking details once it's allocated. Any questions you may have please let us know.
Certain items are shipped separately from our different partners, resulting in separate packages, which is why the delivery will not always be complete on the same day.

What is your return and exchanged policy?
We'll gladly give you a refund but be sure to contact us in 14 days from the delivery date. A refund ticket must be submitted to our customer care team, and upon approval, all orders must be shipped back to us, with return shipping payed by the customer.
If you were gifted an item or purchased an item that has defects of any sort, we ask that you submit a photo to help us get to the bottom of the issue and from there, we can further discuss and rectify the matter to the fullest extent necessary.

Want to change your order or have an issue with your order?
Since the turnaround times on packages are so fast, changing an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. Because of this, we recommend contacting us immediately upon realising that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need.
Please note time difference could vary the response window.
What happens if you receive the wrong item?
If there's an issue with your order, wrong size or wrong colour, or there's a defect then please notify us along with the picture and we shall go ahead and give you a refund. You will not be asked to ship the product back to us.
